Albergo Allegria hotel is strictly a NON SMOKING INN. Although all rooms are smoke free, there is a white gazebo across from the inn's entrance that welcomes smokers. Please Note: a $100 cleaning fee per day will be charged for violations.

A cancellation policy will be quoted to you when your reservations are made. It will also be on your confirmation. Our Cancellation policy is as follows:

 

Weekday (Sunday through Thursday non-holiday): Credit card will hold reservation. Any reservation altered or cancelled will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the reservation total. A one-night deposit will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before the confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

 

Weekends (Fri. & Sat./Sat. & Sun.) A two night minimum is required on weekends. A 1 night deposit will be charged to the credit card as soon as the reservation is made. Any reservation altered or cancelled before 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged 10% of the reservation total. Any alterations or cancellations in reservation made within 14 days of your arrival date, the one night deposit will be forfeited in full unless the room is re-rented. In that case the reservation deposit will be returned less 10% of the total reservation amount.. Reservation total (100%) will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

 

Holiday: A three night minimum is required on holidays, a 2 night deposit will be charged to the credit card as soon as the reservation is made. Any alterations or cancellations in reservation made within 21 days of your arrival date, the two night deposit will be forfeited in full, unless the room is re-rented. In that case, the reservation deposit will be returned less 10% of the total reservation amount. Reservation total (100%) will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged. No breakfast will be served Easter Sunday April 24, 2011.

 

Special Event Week/Weekend Policies - :Windham Warrior Dash - August 12 & 13, 2011. Two night minimum, weekend rates plus $30.00 surcharge apply. One (1) night deposit to be sent by check within 7 days after booking, 2nd night deposit due by 2/1/11 via check. Reservation can not be cancelled unless the room is re-rented for the reservation period. If the room is re-rented, a refund less 20% of the reservation total will be returned.

 

Windham World Cup Mountain Bike Race - July 4 - July 10, 2011. . Full payment required to reserve. Reservation can not be cancelled unless the room is re-rented for the reservation period. If the room is re-rented, a refund less 10% of the reservation total will be returned.

Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 3:00PM each day. If your room has been serviced, you are welcome to check in earlier than 3:00PM. For Late Arrivals (9:30PM or later) we will leave a note attached to the front desk with directions to your room. The room key will be left in the room by the information booklet and the door will be left unlocked. Always check at the front desk before proceeding to your assigned room, as there may have been a change in assignments.

Check out time is 11:00am (a late check out may be available at an additional fee of $10 per hour with prior arrangement with the Innkeeper). Room keys must be returned in order to check out.

• Room Rates are per room per night. Prices include: full gourmet breakfast for two people, complimentary afternoon tea on Saturday's and Holiday Periods between 4-6 PM. Also included is our video library of over 420 movies, complimentary soft drinks and hot beverages and automatic Shiatsu massage chair on the second floor.

• Not included in Room Rates: New York State sales tax (8.%). Additional $15 charge per person, (children ages 2 to 10 are $10 extra) in any room, this includes breakfast and amenities. Rollaway cots and cribs are available with prior arrangement (limit one per room). Two person maximum in most rooms. No room is permitted to accommodate five people. $100 per person penalty for arriving with additional unreserved persons.

• 2 night minimum on Weekends (includes Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday nights); 3 night minimum during all Holiday periods and special event weekends (a surcharge may apply to holiday and special event periods).
