Smoking: Albergo Allegria is strictly a NON SMOKING INN. Although all rooms are smoke free, there is a white gazebo across from the inn's entrance that welcomes smokers. Please Note: a $100 cleaning fee per day will be charged for violations.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation policy will be quoted to you when your reservations are made. It will also be on your confirmation. Our Cancellation policy is as follows:

Weeday (Sunday through Thursday non-holiday): Credit card will hold reservation. Any reservation altered or cancelled will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the reservation total. A one-night deposit will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before the confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

Weekends (Fri. & Sat./Sat. & Sun.) Credit Card will hold reservation until one night payment is received via check. Any reservation altered or cancelled before 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged 10% of the reservation total. This fee will be charged to your credit card. If your check has been received, you will be mailed a refund check less 10% of the reservation total. Any alterations or cancellations in reservation made within 14 days of your arrival date, a one night deposit will be forfeited in full. Reservation total (100%) will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before confirmed date of departure. Holiday: A three night minimum is required on holidays, a credit card will hold the room until a two night deposit is received via check. Any reservation altered or cancelled before 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged 10% of the reservation total. This fee will be charged to your credit card. If your check has been received, you will be mailed a refund check less 10% of the reservation total. Any alterations or cancellations in reservation made within 14 days of your arrival date, a two night deposit will be forfeited in full. Reservation total (100%) will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

Check In Time: Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 3:00PM each day. If your room has been serviced, you are welcome to check in earlier than 3:00PM. For Late Arrivals (9:30PM or later) we will leave a note attached to the front desk with directions to your room. The room key will be left in the room by the information booklet and the door will be left unlocked. Always check at the front desk before proceeding to your assigned room, as there may have been a change in assignments.

Check Out Time: Check out time is 11:00am (a late check out may be available at an additional fee of $10 per hour with prior arrangement with the Innkeeper). Room keys must be returned in order to check out.

Payments Accepted at check out: Visa, Master Card, Cash, Travelers Checks and Postal Money Orders. No Personal checks accepted.

Policy Details:

• Room Rates are per room per night. Prices include: full gourmet breakfast for two people, complimentary afternoon tea on Saturday's and Holiday Periods between 4-6 PM. Also included is our video library of over 420 movies, complimentary soft drinks and hot beverages and automatic Shiatsu massage chair on the second floor.
• Not included in Room Rates: New York State sales tax (8.%). Additional $25 charge per person (includes children and infants) in any room, this includes breakfast and amenities. Rollaway cots and cribs are available with prior arrangement (limit one per room). Two person maximum in most rooms. No room is permitted to accommodate five people. $100 per person penalty for arriving with additional unreserved persons.
• 2 night minimum on Weekends (includes Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday nights); 3 night minimum during all Holiday periods and special event weekends (a surcharge may apply to holiday and special event periods).
• Not suitable for pets
• Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations and is recited when reservation is made
• Gas log fireplaces are operable during the Autumn and Winter Season
• All rooms Air Conditioned during the Summer months
